23B1 Auditorio 3B This workshop series will help you to make your fab lab more inclusive and comfortable for everyone. We work with many different kinds of people every day within the local fab lab and the virtual fab lab – with refugees and migrants, people from a variety of cultures, ages, genders and sexual orientation. These experiential workshop series will help you promote a culturally safer environment for your whole fab community. These workshops are designed to increase participant’s knowledge of traumatic stress, its possible impact on children, adults, and project based learning. This training has been created in collaboration with Wendy Neale from FabLab WGTN, Jean Luc Pierite from Fab Foundation, and Victor Jose Santana from VJS Consulting. The workshop will explore tools and frameworks that participants can apply to their fab lab programs, activities and or communities.
